This 2006 Dutchmen Travel Trailer is 38' long with a double slide out in the dining/livingroom area. It is in excellent condition. It sleeps 8 comfortably. The double slide out has a dining bench set that makes into a bed with storage under the seats. The living room has a sofa that turns into a full size sleeper bed. The front bedroom has a queen bed with storage under the bed. There are plenty of storage closets in the main bedroom. There is a rear bedroom with a set of bunk beds as well as another dinette set that makes into a bed. There are two closets in this rear bedroom.
It has a full size refrigerator, a microwave, and a three burner stove with oven. There are oak cupboards and storage closets with mirrors in the living area. This trailer has plenty of storage compartments. There is a sliding glass door in the livingroom area and a rear door with a screen door. There is a full shower with a separate toilet room and a linen closet as well as a medicine cabinet and vanity with storage. The kitchen has a large double bowl kitchen sink with a high rise faucet.
This travel trailer is situated in a 6 month seasonal park in Lodi, NY, which is only a short walk to Lodi State Marine Park. Lodi State Marine Park offers 2 boat launches, a marina, a pier for fishing, picnic area with grills and a large pavilion. There is a very large playground for children. Lodi Park juts out into Seneca Lake and offers fantastic views of the East and West Coast. This campground is in the heart of the Finger Lakes and wine trails along with being close to Amish areas. The serenity in this area is fantastic.
We have built a 10 x 24 deck on the front of the trailer and have had a roof put over the deck. We have installed railings and gates on each end, so it can keep pets or small children inside it. We have an 8 x 10 metal shed too. . The seasonal rent, which is $1,650, includes electric and water. This trailer is nestled in a beautiful spot in the woods. The campground is very well kept and is very quiet.
If you are looking for a beautiful place to relax and be able to use your boat or just picnic near the lake then you will love this campground. Buyers do have to be approved by the campground owners.
